A unit of time roughly equal to a half of an hour, or 30 minutes. Most frequently used to roughly estimate how long it will take you to finish something or transition with a buffer of about 10 to 15 minutes padded on to give you time for your anxiety to die down long enough for you to actually do something. About the length of a typical syndicated American sitcom, or Netflix comedy.
