Verb use.

Used in a sense of disdain or in a utter repulsive sense.
Also can be used as "Thaggot." An offensive insult.

"I just thaggled that bitch last night"
"What the hell james? You fucking thaggled me up"
"You're a thaggot"
"I feel like thaggling your sister"
