Extreme 1337

Extreme 1337 is a term used when all the letters are substituted with letters or signs. This is a difficult language to decode because of some letters, like R, have to be two numbers.

7#15 <4/\/ 133 4/\/ 3><4/\/\|*13 0|= 3><7123><3 1337.

(This can be an example of extreme 1337.)
