Patricia is the drunk version of yourself. When referring to yourself when you were drunk, use the name Patricia to refer to "somebody else" like it wasn't you actually doing the drunken things.
*after a night of drinking*
Person: You were totally wasted last night
You: That wasn't me, that was Patricia
Person: You were totally wasted last night
