Cleveland Hot Potato 

The process by which an individual excretes a large piece of fecal matter and proceeds to pass that directly into another individual's anus, who then tries to return the instrument into the originator's anus. This process is repeated until one unsuccessfully receives the item. The failing indidivual must then proceed to orally consume the article.

Cora Wong was playing Cleveland Hot Potato with a Water Buffalo. One of them lost, yet, they both wanted to eat the feces.
