Milley Principle 

Milley Principle, n.

When a United States military officer undermines the civilian command and control of the military and Promises to betray his country to an enemy, he is giving effect to the milly principal. A person that gives effect to the Milley Principle may also be referred to as a "Benedict Arnold."
