Trying to be overly manly by doing dumb shit, to impress girls or his friends. This includes but is not limited to running into walls and getting back up, trying to show off when playing sports by doing spins and shit, and constantly bragging about high scores in games. A Menly person can receive treatment to reduce symptoms, but Mehnlyness is life long.

John: Wow that kid Miguel keeps running into the wall to impress girls.
Mike: He must be Mehnly.
John: Don't worry he'll try and free jump off building by 40.
