The most boring ass town in the world. Located in Texas. Theres nothing to do, the majority of the population is rednecks. People would rather stab their eyes with forks, or jump in to a swimming pool of wet cats.
No wonder everyone is on drugs.

"Hey do you wanna go to Victoria?"
"No, I'd rather eat a bag of wet socks."
