A popular word used in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati. It combines "cool" and "awesome". Usually used in an outburst of happiness or to describe somebody.

Person1: DUDE! You got a Mustang?! That is so cawsome!

Person2: I know its cawsome, its my Mustang.
