Lobbiance

The term Lobbiance (aka Lobbyence) is about getting as many of the details right as possible in a lobby to create an impactful and excellent environment. Lobbiance is felt, seen, experienced and understood when you enter into a new space. Lobbiance is a hospitality term curated by Wayne Francis combining excellence and ambiance to the lobby. Lobbiance punctuates a lobby with excellence . It can be used to describe the character or tone of a particular lobby, such as a luxurious, modern, sophisticated and upscale but it is always done with the goal of creating a warm, hospitable and welcoming culture especially as it relates to the church.
