A person from Wisconsin. They're not a Wisconsinite. They're not a fucking "Sconnie." Only douchebags and out-a-staters that go to school here call themselves "Sconnies." Must be pronounced with a southeast Wisconsin yaw, i.e. "wisz-CAHN-sinerr"
