someone who is an insolent rude child who doesnt follow the rules. He enjoys talking back, being rewd, and rebelling. He will do what it takes to become the biggest rewdmouth in all of Pennsylvania. They wont stop until they can earn the title of the most fresh rewd Rewdmouth of America!
