This is done by stretching out the letters in their screen name such as this: ShopGirl11 enters the room: ShopGirllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!! or Shoppppppppgggggiiiirrrrrrrrrrrlllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!!!
