Describing the excessive consumption of cigarettes over a short period of time, “ciggy James” indicates the act of smoking and the degenerate smoker him/herself. Not applicable to any amount less than 1 full pack over several hours. The person using this phrase is typically trying to find a whimsical way to frame their abysmal relapse.
Man, I was trying to cut down on the smokes this weekend, but I decided to buy a pack and Ciggy James’d the whole thing by the end of second set.
