Carl is a pejorative term used as slang for a man perceived as entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what they should. Examples of what they love doing can be demanding to "speak to the manager", pushing their opinion when it’s not needed or being racist against any of the human “races”.

Carl is pushing his opinion on us again.
