Untaxabation

The ability to prove you can't afford to eat, sleep and keep warm in winter if you pay the taxes you owe to the government revenue collector. Common in Europe.
Not to be confused with taxidermiphobia, which is another way to avoid tax.

After a bout of of untaxabation, Steve moved into a fridge down at the local pool hall.
