Not an Italian word, but more of a wrestling slang word made famous by the iron skiek and later used by the Rock. It's really a word used to tell another entertainer that they needed to speak to the person being called 'Gabroni' in private away from the fans.
And The Rock will be the world heavy weight champion again after The Rock whips your Gabroni ass At wrestlemania! Or ... Hey Grabroni come here....
