After you give someone a sausage in bread, clap their hands together. Effectively adding another piece of bread, hence forming a sausage muffin. Try not to clap too hard, consequences may be dire.
When a mate passes out and you know he will wake up with a hankering for some good food, give him a sausage muffin!!
