An official extension of the "Rules of the Internet" used as a protective shield for fandoms. Rule 1034 states that if the creator of a video game, show, or media property has an explicit fondness for bugs (but you don't have to totally like them, you can just say it's because of the rule), Rule 34 and Rule 35 are immediately nullified and voided!
It is used by community members if they want a fandom clean and scare away artists who make inappropriate content.
(And also using bugs because a lot of people hate bugs, so people who like them are protected!)
User A: "What if I post this inappropriate art on our favorite fandom? *posts it*"
"User B: "NUH UH. The developer loves bugs. Rule 1034!
