A spin off of aLtErNaTiNg CaSe, alternating UPPER case has become a meme designed by random internet users who try so hard to assert their panic/will on the masses - Almost as if they are speaking from a pulpit dictating and virtue signalling to the masses from their bedroom using their (most likely) thumbs.
