A person who annoys you so much you want to take a wrench and stick it up their butt.

Person #1: "hey dude guess what?!"
Person #2: "what?"
Person #1: "i just bought this really cool shirt with Barney the dinosaur on it!"
Person #2: "jeeze you are such a buttwrench!"
