To make a Catie you need to start with: amazing blue eyes. You need blond hair. You also need an awesome body with a sexy personality. Someone who is bubbly and some what childish. She likes people who are attracted to her, but everyone is attracted to get. Has a lot of friends but her best friend she will never give up. When some one is hurt or upset she will make them last like there is never going to be tomorrow. Over all Catie is the best person you will ever meet.
