A punch to the kidney by a silent assasian who generally sneaks up on the victim from behind. The assualt usually occurs during a night of drunken debauchery. Depending on the severity of the attack, lingering pain my last for an extended period of time.
"Hey Pat, let's sneak up on Nate and give his drunk ass a kidney shot he'll fell in the morning! Then lets go soccor ball."
