A libia is a true friend a caring person a person that will be there for you at all times. She’s caring, amazing, loyal and is there for you when you are at your lowest. You can truly trust them they won’t tell anyone they will keep it forever they won’t tell anyone.

Person1: hey libia can I tell you a secret
Person2: yea sure

“7 years later”
Person1: hey libia have you told anyone about that secret?
Person2: no I forgot about it a long time ago.
