A common nickname for "Kathleen" sometimes with a "boo" added on to the end if her friends are really sappy. Kafween is only a nickname used for the sweetest, most pure and reasonable and selfless Kathleens. In order to be called this, Kathleen must possess certain traits, such as beauty, generosity, kindness, and a good temper. No slutty or stupid or annoying girls can be called Kafween, especially not girls who have more than one of the proceeding traits.
