When a female employee over compensates to try and
be like the boys. Often caused by "Daddy issues".
Started in Print shops in Minnesota in the 1990s,
this condition often causes screws, nuts, and bolts to
snap off. Also know as a repair debutant.

Debbie over tightens everything because she suffers from
testicularnovaginus.
