an intoxicated yet fearless individual, usually brandishing a weapon (Buckfast Bottle, which they have just drank)

Buckfast Commando: "Wit you lookin at ya fanny?"
man on the street: "sorry mate, dont want any trouble!"
Buckfast Commando: "Too late yur gittin chibbed!"
