An acronym for "outside the perimeter" (referring to interstate 285 that circles Atlanta, GA), often used by snobby Buckhead kids referring to people that live in the metro Atlanta suburbs.
Rich white Buckhead girl wearing a tacky Patagonia jacket that goes to Lovett and has an annoying nasal voice: "Ew. Those Marietta girls are sooooo OTP. Like.. omg."
