Refers to members of the ruling class, elected officials and their little totalitarians who use Covid-19 to consolidate and grow their power and wealth through lockdowns, social distancing laws, mask mandates, censorship, shaming and intimidation, all under the guise of care and concern for humankind, which they have and you don't.
