A bourbon and prosecco based cocktail, typical for a Southern brunch or apertif, that combines the best of all worlds. Bourbon, OJ, Simple Syrup (flavored if you wish) - shaken - add prosecco and stir. Top with a boozy cherry.

I had so many jichelles at brunch today, that all of a sudden it was dinner time and I was starting over.

I'm tired of mimosas - What are Jill and Michelle drinking that looks good? Oh, that's a jichelle - the perfect brunch drink.
