n. A strikingly androgynous young male, who with a little effort can appear not just as a convincing girl, but an attractive one at that. Often high-maintenance and pomosexual, and affecting or perhaps even really obsessed with appearance to the exclusion of other conversational topics, can present as an "airhead."

Andrew Pijec is the Barbie Boy du jour. S/he's achingly pretty as either a boy or a girl.
