Tim Burns is a nobel man, around 6'14, who enjoys saving kittens from rooftops and stealing from the poor. He (and his sidekick Tom Plett) were able to defeat the Nazi Part in the so called "World War 2". Tim Burns has lived on in the hearts of mind of all involved.
