What you call a discord mod who doesn't make someone mod because they have a personal grudge.

Example:

Person 1: Lurana is such a fucking lux.
Person 2: Why?
Person 1: She didn't give Bruh mod even tho he's perfect for it.

That's a Lux move right there.
