It is a genuine typo of "you are welcome", however, it is also a word that substitute "you are welcome" when messaging or talking to a close friend.
Friend: Thank you for the free cheeseburger last night! I was so hungry until you gave me the cheeseburger!
You would say: Youreourefiowhfne!!! Any time!
