A particularly bad tattoo that is often a result of a poorly made, inebriated decision, friends with a jar of Indian Ink and a needle or just plain good ol' white trash accessorizing.

"Dude, check out the twattoo on that guy! He must have been pissed!" (both meanings of the word)
