Although not widely used, it was created circa 1990 by Mike BB Cheng at U of Michigan. Meaning - Party Like it’s freshman year. Mike Cheng vowed to bring it back this year 2023.

I’m old and only have 10 yrs left. I’m going to PLIFY.
