Someone who doesn't pay their bills because they spend all their money on other useless shit like ecstasy, crack, new DJ turntables, subscription to newspapers they could read online for free, and so-forth. Almost always a black male.

I tried to leacock my loan shark and he broke my legs.

I leacocked my mortgage and got evicted from my house.

What a doucebag, he totally leacocked me on the bar-tab because he said he didn't have money for rent, but I saw him at the rub-and-tug getting a happy ending the next day.
