To dismiss any and all feelings for an (ex) guy/girl, who has caused nothing but burning pain and heartache. Similar to the sensation of eating too much salsa.

Guy 1: "Dude...i just can't stop thinking about her."

Guy 2: "She was a bitch man...just toss the salsa."
