To proceed to howl insanely like a beserked wolf in the face of passers by as you drive back from Tenkai. It is the ONLY way to achieve enlightenment amongst world pwnters. Note, there is a "sub-level" incantation of this act, which is only utilised by quenks, jippos, human trash etc (a.k.a Ray). It is termed "Bower arp" and simply goes to infuriate OCP Directors.
