You use the term butly to describe someone that is BUT UGLY!!! It is describing someone as fugly and overall fuckin bad looking and is used to offend all da ugly people out there

Harry: "Look at the two gals walking down da road"
James: "Yh man the one on the right is buff"
Harry: "Rahhhh the one on the left is BUTLY"
