A person who loves to fight, is hot-headed and hates Englishmen. Typically an Irishman, and typically short: leppies enjoy fighting whenever the opportunity pops up, they may randomly start punching someone for no reason. Leppies also have been commonly known to dance, get drunk, and have reddish faces.
O'Byrne is such a leppy look at that silly little fuck fight that 6'8" Greek dude... fuckin' leppies.
