tittoo

A tattoo located on one's breast. Most often the tattoo is conspicuous thereby drawing attention to the breast.

Her breast was accentuated by a large butterfly tittoo.

facial mullet

A goatee. One lacks the ability to choose to be either clean-shaven, bearded, or mustachioed. Analogous to the mullet, a hair cut chosen when one cannot commit to either long or short hair.

Bob could not choose between a mustache and a beard when he decided to grow facial hair. Therefore, he chose to grow a facial mullet.
