shit ache

A pain in the stomach from an immense need to shit. Often used as an excuse to get out of doing things, in a way it's almost like the male version of period pain.

"Hey, dudes, I have to go. I have a mad shit ache."
"Fuck that dude, you are such a piker"
"I'm serious dude, I'm about to shit all over the place"
