When something is vastly and obviously failed, mistaken, or bad. You would use this word if usually if someone just majorly fails.

Me: Dude you just died to the the biggest bot in the whole world!

Friend: Stares at the screen in disbelief and ready to throw a temper.
Me: That’s a big oof right there!
