jankles

an unfortunate medical condition in which a person (usually short) has so much fat on their body that their feet and ankles have been pushed outwards in a J-shape.

Jack: Mary has some nasty jankles.
Mike: Yes, they freak me out!
Jim: I'm sure glad that I don't have jankles!
