Kunttucky

A surgical procedure that is required when even the largest size of depends brand diapers are unable to hold up the abnormally low-hanging labia flaps of the village bicycle. The word is derived from the state of Kentucky and the action required for fixing such a condition; folding or tucking said flaps inward and upward into ones own vagina.

"I gotta go get a Kunttucky today, my flaps got caught in the exercise bike again."
