Spook

Philosophical term devised by Max Stirner used to describe aspects of the real world which are illusions created by the human mind or social constructs, which he argued were “apparent” and without a “corporeal body”.

Examples of spooks could include a government, ideas about familial relations, ideas about morality, etc.
