Shlanktipping is to act like a shlank tip, or more commonly heard, a jackass. Jackassery and Shlanktipery have many similarities, but what sets Shlanktipping apart is that it is mainly used to describe extreme jackassery.
"Gah, I went on a hike with that kid and he would not stop shlanktipping around. We almost fell off a cliff!"
