Simm 

A guy who is loved by almost everybody he meets. Everyone would (maybe) even take a bullet for him. He isn't a player and always treats his partner right. His sense of humor is just perfect and if you want someone to have the leader position, he's your guy.

Jay: sans-- I mean simm, sh*t.
Simm: Hah, another one for the jar.
