A forced donation or charitable item one feels unfairly obligated to give to. Examples such as a coworker bringing their daughters cookies you are pressured to purchase or the pet project your boss would like everyone to contribute to. Failure to comply generally resulting in shame amongst peers.
There I was, minding my own business, working on my monthly projection report when along comes Bill with little Billy Jr and his $80 cookies... fucking charitortion!
